Herb Hummus with Artichokes
This is a light and flavorful hummus recipe that is perfect for a hearty snack or light lunch served with crackers or veggies. The addition of artichoke hearts brings it up a level from your everyday hummus.

1 TBSP water
1 small jar marinated artichoke hearts (make sure there is no sugar added to the marinade) - drained and chopped

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except for the artichokes and paprika in a food processor - I use a mini chop.
